Indian cricket opening batsman Rohit Sharma is the first batsman to smash 400 sixes in international cricket. He achieved the feat against West Indies in the final T20I of the three-match series at his home ground, Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.
Rohit was born on 30 April 1987 in Bansod, Nagpur, Maharashtra. he stared his international cricket as a right-handed middle-order batsman in 2007 over Ireland.
In T20I: on 19th September 2007 against England.
In Test: on 6th November 2013 against West Indies.
Rohit reach up his 400th international six in his 354th international match for India.
Rohit also holds the record for the most number of sixes in international cricket in 2019.
only two players have hit more sixes than Rohit Sharma. Pakistani former skipper Shahid Afridi and West Indies opening batsman Chris Gayle.
Gayle with 534 sixes, holds the record of hitting the most number of sixes while Afridi, with 476 sixes, is second on the list.
