CPL 2019: Guyana Amazon Warriors entered in the final CPL 2019. They continued their unbeaten 2019 CPL by defeating the Barbados Tridents to progress to the CPL final at the Brian Lara Stadium on Saturday 12 October.

Guyana Amazon warriors continued their unbeaten wins, now they are stretched to 11 wins while they entered into the final of the Caribbean Primer League (CPL) for the fifth time in a total of seven seasons.

This is the unique record of any team in the Caribbean Premier League for the first time in the tournament’s history to complete a perfect run through the group stage.

Brandon King made an unbelievable century 132 off 72 balls including 10 fours and 11 sixes. King’s century takes Guyana  Amazon Warriors to CPL 2019 final.

Brandon King also scored the highest individual score in CPL history. King surpassed  Andrew Russell’s record. Russell scored 121* runs in just 49 balls with a 246.93 strike rate. He smashed 13 sixes and 6 fours. He made the record while playing for the Tallawahs team against the T&T Riders team in the 2018 season.
